SERVICE TAX PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payment can be made via:
    (i) Online Payment: MySST, MyTTx, MySToDS, or MyLVG portal. Step-by-step instructions for electronic payment are available in the system guide section of this portal.
    (ii) Manual Payment: Via cheque or bank draft (delivered by post, courier, or P-hailing) to the Customs Processing Centre at the address below during stated business hours:

  • Online payments are only considered successful once the funds are fully credited to the Director General of Customs’ account.
  • For manual payments sent by mail, your payment date is officially recorded as the date shown on the postmark (postmark date).
  • For manual payments sent via P-hailing delivery, your payment date is officially recorded as the date generated on your track and trace receipt (tracking number).
  • Installment Payment
    Payment by instalments is subject to approval by the Director General.
